BWI Lead Safety Institute, LLC does not offer refunds on any course except in extreme cases where the course must be canceled on the part of BWI Lead Safety Institute, LLC.
We encourage you to confirm your choice of course, course dates, and location BEFORE registering for a class.
If you are not able to attend a course for which you’ve paid, please contact our offices at least one day before your scheduled class begins. If seating allows, we will endeavor to accommodate you by rescheduling you to another class. (This accommodation is at the sole discretion of BWI Lead Safety Institute, LLC.)
